Flashies is provided as-is, with no warranty. By using it you agree not to use the service to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another account’s data, or to place automated load on the service that degrades it for others.
You own the cards you create. We do not claim any rights over your content, and we do not sell it. You may delete your cards at any time from the card list.
The service may change or be discontinued. If it is discontinued you will be given a reasonable window to export your cards.

What we store. Your email address (or the identifier returned by Google or Apple when you sign in that way), and the cards and decks you create. Nothing else.
Who can read it. Only you. Every row is scoped to your account at the database level, so a signed-in session can only ever read its own cards.
AI generation. If you use the Generate tab, the notes you paste are sent to a model provider through the Vercel AI Gateway to produce card candidates. They are not used to train models and are not stored by us beyond the cards you choose to save.
Deleting your data. Email gvem@duck.com and your account and every card in it will be deleted.
